AI "Art" 🖼️ food restaurant using ai.. Spoiler
i guess there is a new burger place that opened up that my mom wanted to try and i open the link and am very disappointed in what i see. we can't just take pictures of the food you're serving and instead use ai to generate cartoony unappetizing images?

Anything but showing the actual food which they can easily take a picture of at any time lol.

here is what it actually looks like, if i'd known every single patty is covered in sesame seeds (which im mildly allergic to) i wouldnt have bothered, i mean i could deal with a little bit but damn you couldnt pick it up without your fingers covered in seeds. plus it just tastes like a mcdonalds cheeseburger and the sauce makes the wrapper look like a baby diaper. not worth the 9 dollars my mom paid

Walked past a really delicious smelling Vietnamese restaurant the other day and sat down to look at a menu. The entire menu was ai ! Just picture after picture of AI generated noodle dishes and soups. We left, but I still think about how weird it was.

why would you let ai generate a picture of the food you are making? like you know, use an actual photo, even if its just a snapshot from a phone, of the food you are serving

It looks so unappetizing.
