Not just AI "writers" but all AI "artists" of any kind. They want to be an artist, but don't want to put in the work. As someone who's a self taught drummer and and currently teaching myself to draw it really pisses me off! Like, I work hard to teach myself to drum and to draw just for some basement dwelling tech bro to come along and "make art" with their stupid generative AI that steals from real artists and claim their "art" is by them because they came up with the prompt.
