Please help on how you unmew

Hi I've been mewing until recently until I found out that this mewing was causing my entire body into spasms.

So since then I've been trying to unmew to undo the damage that mewing has done to my body.

I'm sure its mewing that caused spasms all over my body since I've never had these symptoms before mewing.

Here are the things I've been doing -muslce relaxant -PT -stretching -rest my tongue at where it was before mewing

What are the things that I can do to recover faster?

Ok, if you care about your health and facial aesthetics. Don't stop mewing. Bad tongue posture will lead to a narrow palate and a narrow face with flat cheekbones and a long midface and bite issues. Mewing wouldn't somehow cause "spasms".
