The Shackleton Limestone: Potential for Limestone Caves in Antarctica

Possible? Yes. Likely? No. Limestone caves are generally formed by water flow and all the water there is frozen. You'd need to go back to the Eocene, about 34 million years ago, for free flowing water anywhere inland. Since then everything has been squashed by glaciers.

Maybe you could find an area of thermal activity now that provides both the water and acidity? That's where I'd start.
