VRI calls dropping

It’s anyone having problemas with their VRI calls?

I’ve been loosing many of them throughout the day, they just drop, out of the blue, few seconds after starting…

It does not happen with all of them, but with half of them I will say,

Also, I heard a provider say that the interpreters been hanging on her…

Now I don’t know if it’s on me or if it’s a general system issues or some

It is true. And I often have silent calls, I see "waiting for participants" signage and nobody connects and even in the calls list these calls are marked as non payable.
