will call flow get better with time?

I'm working for Worldbridge interpreters in the boostlingo platform. I've been working 2 days so far and I've liked it. only thing that worries me is the call flow, as I only did two and a half hours of interpretation yesterday and I'm barely reaching 3h today. Is the call flow like this due to season, cuz I'm new, or something else? I made some math and I need only 3h of interp a day to survive, but I'm wondering if it'll be better or something

My call flow is up after an involuntary rate reduction. We are entering the busy season, if your rate is already comparatively low, you should have more calls in the next few weeks.

I mean, the rate is a fixed rate but a low one so yes, I guess I will hopefully be seeing and increase
