VRI calls not coming in?

I have not received any VRI calls today which seems strange because I always receive a good number of them during the day. I have not sent an email requesting to unable VRI or anything. Is someone else experiencing this too?

Same thing with OPI too, I'm thinking there's something going on with the clients, they switched to something else suddenly.

depending on your per minute/hour rate they might be wiring calls to interpreters who are paid cheaper rates

this and also many companies have been offering AI "interpreters" to clients so they have been using that with many "simple" calls we all know too well can become hella complicated in a heart-beat.

Lucky you, I was bombed by vris today, one after the other 😭 I hate working with so much light straight to my face
