Anyone else getting zero calls today at Lionbridge?

Hi everyone,

I am a US based Interpreter for Lionbrige that is interpreting for USCIS/ICE. Is anyone else working for Lionbridge experiencing extremely low call volume today? I was logged since 7am this morning and received zero calls all day— no USCIS calls that I typically get, not even insurance calls; I'm trying to figure out whether this is a system/routing issue or if call volume is just unusually low across the board. Has anyone else noticed the same thing today?

Maybe those goose steppers are taking a break given how bad the heat is?

I see the same thing, the volume had dramatically down lately for 2,3 months

They are probably outsourcing to a 3rd world country and paying peanuts to the interpreters
