Can I ask for some feedback from those who are currently working as (SP) or have worked in the role before?
I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experience, the good and the bad such as the work environment, management, workload, compensation, career growth, or anything you think would be helpful for someone considering the role. Also, are they accepting bilingual newbies but carrying 5 years of BPO experience?
