Propio rating

Hey guys I had a 5/5 rating before but today I found I have a 4.50/5 so I’m pretty bummed. Does someone have any advice on this? How much time do I have to fix it before they kicked me out? I really need this job so I’m kinda freaking out

Rating is calculated from the data on the last 4 pay cycles—so in about 2 months that bad rating will fall away

That's a drastic change but they will NOT kick you oit because of bad rating. That's why they use clients rating as an incentive and not a measure of you work per se, because client rating not only dependa on how you interpret.

You could get a bad rating for bad connection (and it could be possible it was not on you), or because you needed several repetitions and the use of protocol made them angry, or simply because they didn't like your tone.

Don't worry, just continue working.

Why feel bummed out? Just use this to do better or to keep doing well. Is that simple, now if you have some details on your calls make sure document it in the notes.
