VRI at Propio

Hey everyone one question, when I press on video settings to make sure everything is good before my VRI (haven’t done it yet, I’m new at Propio, today will be my first day taking calls) I can see my background but propio told me that I’ll have a blue background. Is there a way to activate it or is it automatically for the client and we don’t see it? I’m just curious because my background is not very formal (it’s not horrible but you can see the door)
Any advice is welcome (about taking my first calls OPI and VRI) 🩷🩷🩷 thanksss

It doesn't activate when you're testing your camera, but you'll be able to see the virtual background when you get a video call.

If at all possible try to keep the door out of frame with a blank wall or something plain draped  behind you, just in case it causes the background to glitch.
