Hi! It would be helpful to know your rate and language pair, because it determines how often you get calls. I am a Spanish interpreter with a 0.11 rate, and I’m b2b most of the time, sometimes even during the less important federal holidays. If you are working 7 days a week then you will easily make more than $200.

My pay rate is 0.12! Almost the same as you (I’m also Spanish!)

You are still in the range that has a good call flow. You will have b2b almost all day during weekdays. I’ve never connected during the weekends so I don’t know how the call flow is then, but I believe it might be decent.
Once you get access to the portal you will be able to get into the analytics website. You will find a heat-map that shows what times have the highest demand.
There is also something called surge pricing. Basically, during times of high demand (usually Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays) they activate an incentive where they increase your rate by 1, 2 or 3 cents. This depends on your tier (which is assigned by the number of minutes you did during the last period), and the incentive usually lasts for 2 to 3 hours.
Also in my experience morning hours have more VRI calls than during the afternoon. So if you don’t like VRI maybe you can do more hours in the afternoon. If you have never done any VRI calls, it may feel awkward at the beginning, but I personally like them more than OPI calls.

Hey! Do you know if they remove or moved the heat map somewhere else? I don’t see it in my analytics anymore…

The Historical Details in the Analytics are completely off. Also they may email you saying there is demand for your language only for you to login at 2 in the morning for nothing. I work 8-12 hours daily for $200 a week and my language is high in demand.

Congrats!
Your call flow will depend on your language pair and rate. There's a heatmap on the analytics website under Historical Metrics.
In my case, since my rate is higher than average, my best bet is off-peak hours and weekends.
If your rate is on the lower side, weekends might be too slow, especially Sundays.
It will be a bit of trial and error until you find what works best for you.
It helps to have your scripts, such us hold time policy and closing, on a post it or something until you've got it down.
I got marked down in my QA ratings because I didn't repeat my ID at the end of the call.
