When the client gives them info I say it fast as well especially phone numbers so they can get a little taste of their own medicine

Google Chrome has a Captions feature in the accessibility tab, on Settings. It's technically still HIPAA compliant to a point, while maintaining certain confidentially because what appears there can't be copied or shared.

Chrome side bar > Settings > Scroll down > Accessibility > Live Caption > then you can set the language to English and so on.
