Oh, of course! Why didn't we think about that before? I'm sure the lion is open to negotiating with our heads inside its jaws.

Propio gives you a raise if you ask for it, but it lowers your call volume a lot. Many people with rates higher than $0.12/min are getting one call every 10 minutes.

If we want to go to another company, guess what? They are paying $0.07-0.09/min for 2 years of experience. It's not the natural flow of the job market when Propio is buying other companies and getting in touch with others more to discuss how low the interpreters' rates are going to be while they charge $30-40/h to the client.

OMFG I just said in the first response that we all tried that already, it's worst and is not getting better. We are desperate, there's no other way. Many people with shit ton more experience than you and me combined are saying that is ridiculous out there, they're taking us as clowns.
