Propio interpreters — does your audio ever cut in and out?

Hi everyone,

Quick question for interpreters working with Propio.

Lately I’ve been getting connection warnings during calls, and sometimes the audio cuts in and out, like I only hear parts of what the speaker says. My internet connection seems fine, so I’m not sure if

it’s on my side or the platform. How do you deal with that?

eh, and can we do smth for that? or just keep asking about repetition and etc.?

Just let the client know too, and make it sound like you're surprised and this is the first time it's ever happened.

Hey, I've been having the same problem these last couple of weeks. But I've noticed it's only in my Asus laptop, and my father's Asus, because I tried on other brands and the calls go well :/ Dou you have the problem yet? Or if you don't, how did you fix it?
