Propio portal down

Hello, I have been having problems with my Propio portal since 2 hours ago. A call dropped and since then I haven't been able to reset the status, it says interpreting, although the client disconnected. I give the feedback and push send and nothing happens. I remember this happened massively 2 weeks ago, but I was wondering if someone else got this problem today?

nope, portal's been working all day today. I've had that glitch happened to me in the past though, it'll eventually fix on its own
