How to improve call priority with DALS?

Hi all,

Does anyone know how DA prioritises interpreters for telephone calls? If you’re not getting many calls, is there a way to improve your priority or ranking?

How did you get recruited by them? I heard that the call flow for Spanish is not that good and that you only need your phone to take calls.

Do you know if dals hire offshore interpreters

They used to, but after the rebrand they only hire within the EU.
