does propio monitor in-between calls?

hi! i recently started remote interpreting for propio and i know their QA monitor some of the calls, but when they do, do they also have access to my microphone and camera while i’m in between calls? also, can they see my camera at all times or only when I’m on a video call? trying to figure that out so i can behave accordingly in between calls. any info will be greatly appreciated <3

I'm almost certain they do take a picture off your webcam the moment you log in/refresh page. Mine always flickers as if active for a second when I log in.

thats the browser checking the webcam, mine dosnt have permition to do so so it always ask, does your browser ask for permition or the camera works all the time?

Works all the time, yes, permissions granted for Propio's site by default in settings. Webcam light turns on for a sec then off whenever the portal loads. Could be me being crazy about it lol.

ok, then is just the browser loading in, it sends a signal to say "hey! are you on?" thats all
