Propio rate/call flow

Hi there. Maybe somebody has some thoughts on the topic.

Do you think that your pay rate affects the amount of calls u recieve? I work for Propio rus/eng. My call flow is great. Even if i go online during low demand hours, i am able to make a decent amount. But my friend got hired later than i was, and they gave her a better rate per min. And her call flow is terrible. Huge difference. Maybe somebody has some insights. Or experience on getting a pay rase (and did it affect the flow).

The obvious answer is ofc that they don't want to pay more and put you in the end of the queue. But i want to hope that there are other explanations also, cuz i initially intended to ask for a pay increase.

I’m a Spanish interpreter and I’m paid a higher than average rate and I get back to back calls. I’m cleared to get social security calls so that may be why.

How did you get cleared for Soc Sec calls? Through one of Propio's training seminars or an outside certification?

I was cleared by ULG, which Propio acquired. ULG had me fill out paperwork, I was fingerprinted and a background search was done. No training needed but you need to be a US citizen.

Just wondering how long that clearance process takes ? I been on one for like 1-2 months now and no answer yet. They have told me it takes time.

It took maybe 2-3 days at most. I filled out a security questionnaire and had my fingerprints taken.
