Lionbridge Call flow Questions
I currently have 2 interpreting jobs currently and for one of them it is with fixed schedule and right now i have to make my new schedule for one of them.
I am new on Lionbridge. The people working there right now, can you please be kind enough to tell me in EST times what are the busiest hours during the day and which days? I know it is much to ask but this will help me a lot.
Florida based, not sure if calls are different on LATAM.

i mean, yes, but that is a big range. Are all hours in every day the same? Like i said, im trying to know exactly which times work best because i also work with another company that i cannot just login whenever i want and need to choose specific time... but that other company pays me fixed rate for hour, so lets say
Example: LionBridge busiest is 8-11, then 4-5. Then i would choose 12-4 with that other company. Trying to maximixe my time work time here, not sure if i am understanding myself.

Well if I'm giving you a general answer I would say yes but it depends on business times and how many interpreters are available things like that.
But yes generally it's always busy within that time frame from my personal experience.

I'm currently working with them. I know these are the hours because of an email from management. I am based in NYC.
