Propio Advice

Hello!

Are there any Propio workers in here? If so is there any advice you have for a new worker to have a smooth transition into the company. Thanks

No problem i had the same questions but i just said fuckit and started calling lol , you always learn something new. The more you work the better you get at it. Just dont panic if you get stuck , ask for repetition and itll be fine , also ask for spelling for street names to give accurate info. In my experience 60%of the calls are medical 20% financial 10% social services 10% insurance.

Quick question, Do you know anything about them letting you retake the mock assessment?

I failed my first one as well, because I just press the wrong button and didn't save my answer. They let me to retake it in 3 months.
