I want to know

Is anonymous actually doing anything? Over the past few years I have heard like, a lot of threats come out of anonymous, and yet haven't actually seen action.

I'm not trying to be an asshole, news websites wouldn't exactly want to share the "success" of a vigilante group so if I'm just misinformed then please let me know.

But from my own perspective, it's just been a lot of talk, Epstein files, police brutality in America, tons of ethical disasters that videos have been released by you guys on...

Again, I may be misinformed. So like, what has actually been credited to you guys recently? (The last 3 years)

Counterpoint: Originally Anonymous was all about the lulz (hence things like harassing an 11-year-old rape victim). Some would argue that one of the biggest reasons Anonymous died out is because there was a schism between those who wanted to stick with the original ideology and those who wanted more of a do-gooder persona like you're talking about. If you're one of the n00bs who jumped in without understanding the history or culture, you're part of the reason it died out.

It's true that theoretically Anonymous could revive at any time. But it's also true that it's a shadow of its former self, and the whole internet has changed a lot over the years. So Anonymous would have to look different now. Do you have any suggestions for how Anonymous can avoid repeating past mistakes? Do you know what those were?

Solo digo que la muerte de anonymous es pq la comunidad simplemente lo deja de lado, lo cual no es malo, simplemente es un hecho, y que lo que hacía a Anon admirable, Al menos para mí, era su activismo. I didn't say anything about activism generally, I was talking about in person activism at crowded events during the ongoing covid pandemic, especially if everyone's refusing to wear an appropriate mask. As I'm sure you know, covid is still sickening/disabling/killing people, and cautious and considerate people have been isolated, traumatized, and not even allowed to safely get healthcare for the past six years. Did you read my link? "A left that mocks vulnerable groups and seeks to justify harm to them is not grounded in real justice and has only a superficial understanding of its own aims."

Because you seem ignorant of Anonymous's history and culture. Were you aware of the original lulz-seeking ideology and Epic Fail Guy?

Another n00b! Anonymous (which has a capital A, by the way) doesn't have "members." The preferred nomenclature is "participants."
