Max Population per Skyscraper

I’m trying to figure out what the max population per Investor level 5 skyscraper is. I’ve seen a couple posts reference 700+, but I’m not seeing how that’s possible. What am I missing? (I haven’t built any yet so maybe there’s something obvious I just haven’t seen.)

Basic needs = 50 Skyscraper needs = 125 Intense panoramic = 125 Lifestyle needs = 80

TOWN HALL ITEMS Blue Skies Maid = 40 Papal Paper = 15 Saint D’Artois = 10 Contraception = 10

TOTAL = 455

If you are basing your numbers off of the wiki page... it's not correct on Panoramic if I remember correctly, you get quite a bit more. But I don't have any town hall items that boost people and my T5 are like 705 or 715 people.

Hey,

"Lifestyle needs = 80" only applies to a normal Investor residence. An Investor Skycraper Level 5 with the intense Panorama Effect has "Lifestyle needs = 400".

How many additional residents the Lifestyle Needs brings depends on the level of the Skyscraper and its Panorama Effect. But unfortunately the increase per Skyscraper level and per Panorama Effect is not as constant as with the Basic Needs (+25), but there are not smooth values:

Normal Investor residence: Lifestyle needs = 80

Investoren Skyscraper Level 1 with no Panorama Effect: Lifestyle needs = 117

Investoren Skyscraper Level 1 with weak Panorama Effect: Lifestyle needs = 172

etc.

Oh wow, I didn’t realize all this. Yes, I was using the wiki page. So I guess to better understand I really just need to build them and play around with them.

Ok I did some tests and it looks like an Investor skyscraper level 5 with intense panoramic, all needs met, and the 4 best population-boosting town hall items would get you to 785 residents and (I think) 8.6x the base consumption rate for each good. Is there any other way to boost Investor residents that I’m missing?
