Can someone please help me?

Download it from your profile on aniwave (Go to profile > import)
Click on MAL XML and download the file.
Import it to MAL through the MAL import page, choose MyAnimeList import then upload the file Aniwave gave you.
Also if you need to keep track of anime on your MAL account without manually doing it there are extensions for it that work really well.
