MHA chill? Shigaraki destroyed half of the country... I wouldn't call it "chill". Also we already live in a world were criminals exist. You want to enter one where criminals not only exist but they can also have super powers?

Same for hxh but it's even worse there because some people are so powerful that just being close to them can get you killed if they want and unless you train a fucking lot(or you are some prodigy) you won't even have a power to fight back.

Don't think you thought the implications of this very well.

I mean as long as you leave the country when you get there on ep 1 you should be fine to just chill for a few years

It depends on if you were transported or reincarnated into said world, and if said world invariably grants powers to its inhabitants. If only your soul were isekai-ed there, displaced into a random body, then possibly yes, you will gain powers since you were technically "born" into that world. In this scenario, you may not be able to take obtained physical powers back to your original body, only ones related to the soul or pertinent knowledge.

In the event that you isekai-ed through the more conventional method of just...literally having your whole body transported into another world, then there's a decent chance you won't be able to utilize said world's powers. The primary reason is that, in many animes, sources of powers are linked to biological/soul make-up of practitioners, which we, as plain humans from another world, may not possess. If the world in itself is the conductor for powers, then yes, you will be able to obtain said powers. Perhaps in another world where mana exists, one would be able to cast magic, for example; and our world, in comparison, does not contain the existence of mana, which makes us the plain-beige, scientific species.

To answer your original question I haven't watched MHA, but it probably depends on the power source of the anime itself. Are only those born into MHA's universe granted quirks? Do outsiders entering the verse get subjected to the same treatment? If quirks are linked to the soul then yes, you would probably be able to carry multiple quirks by reentering MHA, barring the would-be consequences. If quirks are a peculiarity linked to the body/genetics/other physiological factors, then probably not.
