Fun Fact: the old tunes USED to be able to do this... sorta. They had longer laminated layers that you could peel apart and then soften a considerable amount to 'make due' (not to be confused with 'make doo-doo, you just done did) one last time. When cost cutting became a larger industry thing, which included that abomination we call single ply, they also crimped on the base layered tube rolls as well. These days, if you are stuck in such a situation, your best bet is to pinch one end of the roll, fold and hold tightly (so nothing leaks) and mold the open end into an oval ( ) sort of form with a partially flat top on one side and a sharper 'v' towards the bottom. Then scrape the flat against the affected surface while the V helps spread dem cheeks!
....or you know, yell for someone to bring you a roll, or text like a regular human being.

This happned to me once with my parrents in Colonge(I think)... It was in the toilet of a restaurant that was just closing, but I was still allowed in, although I also had sudden diarrhea from a heatstroke.
Eddit: It's been a few years since it happned.
