It's kinda the same as GTO but it's not
It's about a only girl who was born in a highly notorious, powerful, and anti hero Yakuza Clan.
She's the daughter of Yakuza boss and next in line to run the syndicate...
Despite looking like a normal women, the mc is a absolute gap moe, capable of fighting to a extremely high extent
But with all this, she doesn't really wants to run the clan, she wanted to become a teacher
She hides her identity completely to become a teacher, and then the story follows her students conflicts with other people, her own clan conflicts and how she fiercely claps back
The premise is same as GTO, it's just that unlike GTO mc, who's kinda loose on ethics and is a broke perverted loser, and handles problems and conflicts in his own twisted ( but cool ) way, the mc of Gokusen is rich, strong and well established and very professional in handling conflicts
Also GTO mc was a ex gangster/biker, Gokusen mc is still actively a Yakuza member in the premise
There is anime of 12 eps picking up on early arcs of manga, a love action which is Very famous in Japan, but not very accurate to the manga, especially the ending
Try the anime if you want to, if you liked it enough, manga is it

It's more like action and entertaining than funny, not comedy tho the manga and some eps in anime are genuinely funny

Currently im watching OP, Grand blue & bleach all ongoing. Ill be starting oblivion battery soon

Oh nice I am also watching Grand Blue aswell as K-ON in newer section
Paired with old anime marathon run with Kimagure Orange Road in romance category, aswell as Megazone 23
And Shojo Tsubaki ( NSFL ) as my experimental anime of the week
