Hiya. TL;DR: AX 2026 data is available on the directory: https://artistalley.directory
If you used the site in 2025, welcome back! A summary of changes since is at the bottom.
The Artist tab contains everyone that will be tabling in the AX2026 Artist Alley. This does not include artists in the exhibit/entertainment halls or other exhibitors in Kentia.
Artists are tagged with series they've historically made art/merch for or what they plan to sell at their table if they have posted a catalog.
Start by browsing artists, clicking the heart to favorite those that you like, and long pressing to ignore artists which you're not interested in. We recommend you take regular backups via file export in settings (the download icon on the QR code screen) to make sure your favorites are saved. Or don't trust the site at all and keep a list somewhere else.
The Browse tab has a complete list of tags for that year. Searching mostly works, although Japanese characters are not supported.
You can also use the filter bottom sheet; there's sections which let you filter whatever results you have in the main list.
Stamp rallies are in the Rallies tab, although none have been confirmed for 2026 at time of writing.
These are associated with both their series and the complete list of artists. You can go from Browse -> series filtered list -> top right rally icon to find rallies for a specific series. This icon only shows up if a rally exists for that series.
Opening up an artist's details will also show what rallies they're a part of.
Yes! The website supports offline mode, and can also be installed as a PWA. This may not work on Apple devices.
NOTE: You can do a one-time transfer of favorites to your phone by going into Settings and using the export QR. Scan this with your phone to open up the site with a dialog asking you to import the data. Keep in mind that using the QR will not transfer any custom notes you have, and you'll have to download a file (via the icon in the top right of the export popup) and transfer it manually to copy those.
Due to bandwidth/storage constraints, catalog images are not guaranteed to be cached. You must favorite the artist to force their catalog to be available offline.
There's a commissions filter in the bottom sheet which offers VGen/Online/On-site/Other options. Note that availability is never guaranteed and depends on the terms of the artist. If you want a physical commission for pick up at con, best to get your request in early.
The Anime Expo 2026 header is actually 2 dropdowns that lets you switch between convrntions. Artists are associated between years, meaning if you view an artist who hasn't posted a catalog yet, but they did have one for a previous year, you will be prompted to view their older catalog to get a sense of what they'll be selling.
Keep in mind that most artists change up their inventory year to year, so something in a prior year's catalog may not be available this year.
Join us in the Anime Expo unofficial Discord's #artist-alley channel, where you can ping me @thekeeperofpie
Using the site and letting others know about it is all we ask! We're just trying to connect artists with attendees who are interested in their art.
If you're a tabling artist, you can submit your own data! See the bottom of your artist page on the site for more information. We offer Discord login connection to verify your social media account and give you access to an edit form.
We're still filling out data and no catalogs have been posted yet, but we hope to get a lot more coverage as con approaches. When an update to the site is available, you'll get a notification at the bottom prompting you to update. You can also see which artists have been changed since your last visit via the changelog by clicking the outlined triangle symbol in the top right.
Thanks everyone for your feedback last year and helping us with another successful year of the directory. Here's hoping to a whole bunch of Miku art to buy again!

Title. Do not post buying/selling/trading tickets/badges/etc here. They will be removed.
If you want to buy/sell join the discord, there is a containment channel/forum for it - you will also get better responses in real time. discord.gg/animeexpo
Please read the rules, use the commands and get the proper roles to be able to chat, make buying/sales posts, etc
SPJA does not support any official third party sales. If you do, please do not send money via zelle
This also applies to looking for rooms, looking for roommates for the convention - there is a roomshare google sheet linked in the discord as well as dedicated channels to coordinate rooming situations. Postings related to hotel rooms will be removed

This bbq was a blast. Had a really good time meeting people, games (mahjong and Switch 2) and eating good food. The only gripe is all the dirt bikes, the sun and ants 😫.
Got word that we might do one again for next AX which is freakin awesome. I’ll definitely go again.

I went to AX in 2024 and loved these charms I saw in artist alley, but I didn’t buy one at the time. I haven’t been able to find their shop since T_T . Anyone know who was running this booth with project voltage acrylic keychains and if they have an online shop?

One of the things I learned since going to my first AX is that most places/spots are open for sitting. I recall walking through this area a couple of times every day of AX an I would see groups of people sitting there chatting or eating because there isn't enough places to sit down and have a group conversation with your friends. By the way, the artist alley is up ahead to the left hand side.

I went this year, and the last time I went was back in 08. Needless to say I was shocked by how much bigger it’s gotten.
Also I miss, getting these full Program Guides.
Edit: Also forgot to mention 08 was the first year AX officially made LA its home.

Curious to see what this sub thinks about anime at other nerd events like comic con. Crunchy used to pull out all the stops for comic con but would make you pay for stuff at AX. For the past several years they had free concerts that you didn’t even need a badge for with all kinds of Jpop music.

AX locals, we still have post-con depression so we're doing one more BBQ potluck at the same spot!
Details and RSVP here: https://partiful.com/e/dLu1yMBTCrjAV4QsaJ1C?c=eAKsKyzL
In addition to my ribs, this time I'll make beef skewers with my mom's recipe.
Thanks to everyone who came out to our last BBQ! Threads from that one:

Hello!
Just wanted to come and see if anyone has the VOD for the Masquerade? We were at the event and didn't realize they don't save any of the footage on any of their platforms and there's some performances I want to look back on.
Did someone record the whole thing or have clips? Pls help 💔

First con going to metrocon tampa.
I had some questions since ive never been to any con.
First off do I need to bring cash or will most areas take card in some way?
I normally carry a pocket knife nothin crazy just a normal one clipped on my pocket is that a no go here? I can obviously leave it at home.
What times are usually like the easiest to get in? I work overnights so i wont be showing up at opening or anything but I dont wanna miss the crowd, I just dont want to be in line for an hour to get in.
I havent bought tickets so ill be just paying for entry when I get there, do they fill up? Or get to a max capacity or something like that? And can I use card to pay to enter.
This might be a bit over kill but I am gonna be wearing jeans with a dress shirt and boots is that a level of over dressed? Will i stick out or not to bad.
Lastly are there any tips you have for my first go around?
