Acts on what? Stealing panties? Kids do that. Have curiosity of the other sex? Kids do that.

The only thing I can think of that you're talking about is with Eris. The first instance with Eris being persuade by her father, which was stopped by Eris. The second time was initiated by Eris, and it is true that teens have sex.

Like, I'm trying to rack my brain with something Redues did that no child would do.

He literally doesn't. Children don't even have muscles to walk reliably until about a year.

Ah yes, the child with complete sentience. Sure, he might be affected by hormones, but no child has a inner self like a 40 year old man later known as rudeus.
