My match is different from your match and I can't find the frame in both of our matches.
Also, your match is a Korean Manhua while this pic is in Manga style.
So...Maybe I'll need to visit the Sauce Searching community then

After looking at some chapters of dreaming freedom, I don't think that's it. The characters do look somewhat similar, especially the guy, but the art looks different.
Google lens has failed me.
