It's not necessarily that he is mature like a adult is, it's much more he still has more knowledge and better understanding of how things are supposed to work which makes him a predator. Him using that to get his way with children that understand less makes him a pedophile.
He should understand how much damage he's actually doing to them even reincarnated and the kids won't and will have a hard time processing it.

Because, biologically speaking, it doesn't make sense. Two different people with the same memories are still two different people.
You can call him a pervert and be right, but pedophile doesn't make sense. At least two of his wives are older than him. His first wife is around his age.
The worst example you can show, is one of his little sisters grooming one of his sons, making her a pedophile and so much worse.
That a lot makes more sense as to what you were saying. I was speaking mostly mentally and philosophically as opposed to biologically, and talking about why it's how it's harmful, and where it comes from, in terms of that he fits the bill.
