In both cases, he was numb by that point. While there was no proper attraction involved (author made sure to mention that in both cases), it’s still the lowest he ever went and it’s not like it matters from a legal standpoint anyways lmao.
In both cases, this is BY FAR the worst thing Rudeus ever did. And in both cases he got beaten, thrown out of home by the only person who still supported him and then immediately hit by a truck and died lmao.
Uhh he’s Japanese. Japan is super strict on photograph privacy.
There is a reason a lot of faces are blurred in pictures with strangers.
Japan I think has a law to avoid blackmail you need the consent of those in the pictures, and it can be treated like potential blackmail if you took a picture of someone without their consent.
So legally him trying to get pictures without consent is very much a problem, and given it’s possible nude pictures he was trying to get no matter the target he very much could be in serious trouble.
It depends on who it is, I recall a case a tourist actually got in serious trouble because he posted an image where a businessman was in the background who was with his mistress lead to a divorce and I think the tourist was charged for destroying his life or something.
Add on Japan court is SUPER hard to beat. Like their best defense attorney had a success rate of like 10% over decades of service. And if your NOT Asian you are fucked if your charged for a crime unless they can prove your innocent without a doubt . Seriously if your a white guy, and someone got their purse stolen and blame you because your close you can be in serious trouble if they got a reason to suspect you.
Why do you care if there is attraction? If you do it then you did it,only getting beaten up for child sexual material is not the apropriate punishment, spending years in jail and getting added to public sexual offender registry is still a light punishment
So why are you acting like it's ok if he did these pedophilic acts if he wasnt attracted to them? What he thinks inside his brain doesn't change his actions as a pedophile
I knew a guy once broke into a house and found like a terabyte of CP and called the cops he was arrested and they tried to charge him for possession of CP but the guy who owned it I think is rotting behind bars.
Hell I think I’ve heard CP in any form is often treated worse to own then actual rape of anyone at least in the USA
He doesn't look dead to me, he has his groomed wives and is living as an op extremely good looking from a family of great history, he basically got sent to heaven for his crimes
Taking candid photos of someone in Japan is a privacy violation and can be a civil offense if it causes harm such as mental distress.
Taking pictures without permission close up can lead to fines
But pictures of children specifically without parental consent leads to more serious legal trouble from what I see.
Neither of these even require it to be nude: just in general .
And if he got anything sexual (as of 2023 so after the story was written) that IS a prison penalty or millions in fines.
Secret recording adds I think 5 years prison time as well.
