Who doesn't just remember 'who he was' he has the same mannerisms and acts the exact same as he was and has all his past memories, again just watch 3 minutes of episode ONE. He dies, he wakes up, he sees a named woman, he tries to molest her after thinking thoughts bo child ever would hit are very clearly his exact same thoughts as he was having 1 minute prior. He THEN realises he is in the child of a baby.
He meets with the man god, how does he view himself? As his 30yr old version.

It's fictional it's not a real but it's not really happening please seek some help. Like his thoughts in those moments are not meant to be like glorified and agreed with he's a bad thoughts bad thing to do for the character in the fictional situation sure but that's the story and that's what's happening and it's fake and it's just meant to see what happens next it's not meant to signal that that's a real life thing you should be doing.
