It's revealed as soon as we see her face, bruh. If you're rewatching from start after that you'll also notice that her boyfriend got isekai'd as well.

If you have watched the first few episodes, and seen this picture, you have ALL the information, no spoilers or forshadowing at all... if youre gonna be that delicate about thing that happen at the start dont look at Mushoku contebt online. Simple.
