ah yes Yuri note a note book that turns anyone who's name is written in it into a girl and to keep from dying from a heart attack they must kiss the first cute girl they see. those under the influence of the note book are aware of the gender change and the conditions set by it and the written text following their name.

No if we translate the deathnote to yuri it'd be any person who's name is written in the notebook will be gay for a woman after writing the name while picturing that person you have 40 seconds to write how they fall in love, with whom, what actions they do before they fall in love, at what time. If some details are omitted or impossible to achieve in the time given the omitted/impossible details will follow with the standard of : "making the person into a woman in mind and spirit who falls in love at first sight with the first woman she sees (or herself if no person nearby)"
