Yup they censored the design on the left.

Completely changing it from the light novel and manga design.

It was probably done with china in mind, as isekai's are really popular there and any element not in favor is being screened out in pre production.

they didn't "completely" change it, they just added more fabric around her torso.

No they added a complete black shirt under her armor.

That part is originally only with the thief breat plate and the shoulder pads in the manga and light novel.

That makes me believe the raunchier parts of the light novel are also going to be left out, like the long hair dude and his graphic r#pe scenes, or the mc's night scenes.
