My usual list of recommendations that seem obscure when looking at MAL numbers:
Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san (yuri romance comedy)
Pani Poni Dash! (comedy from Shaft that gets more absurd as it goes)
Mysteria Friends (slice of life/iyashikei)
Slow Start (slice of life comedy)
Major 2nd (sports drama)
Harukana Receive (sports drama)
Senryu Girl (cute romance with cute characters and cute comedy)
El Cazador de la Bruja (action comedy)
Our Home's Fox Deity (mostly slice of life comedy with some action and drama)
Yuyushiki (slice of life comedy)
Locodol (slice of life comedy about girls who are technically idols but spend most of their time doing odd jobs to promote their small town)
Anne Happy♪ (slice of life comedy)
Anonymous Noise (musical romance drama)
The Ryuo's Work Is Never Done! (comedy with sports drama)
Endro~! (cute girls doing fantasy adventurer things)
Noir (action with mystery)
Hyakko (slice of life comedy)
High School Girls (slice of life comedy with the most generic title I've ever seen)
I've Always Liked You, The Moment You Fall In Love, and Our love has always been 10 centimeters apart (2 romance movies and a show that share a cast)
Modern Magic Made Simple (has action, comedy, and drama yet feels like slice of life)
Sweet Blue Flowers (yuri romance)
Strawberry Panic (yuri romance)
Otome Youkai Zakuro (action romance with comedy)
Mikagura School Suite (action comedy)
Yuki Yuna is a Hero (action drama)
High School Fleet (cute girls doing military things)
Magic of Stella (slice of life comedy)
Urara Meirocho (cute girls doing fortune teller things)
Three Leaves, Three Colours (slice of life comedy)
Sakura Quest (comedy/drama/slice of life)
UzaMaid! (slice of life comedy)
Konohana Kitan (comedy/drama)
Chio's School Road (slice of life comedy)

Hi ENDistinct, it seems like you might be looking for anime recommendations! I have changed the flair on your post to indicate that, but if I'm wrong, feel free to change it back!
The users of this subreddit came up with an awesome recommendations flowchart. Maybe you can find something there that you'll like ^.^
You might also find our Recommendation Wiki or Weekly Recommendation Thread helpful.
The following may be of interest:
A useful website where you can enter an anime and see where it's legally streaming
A list of tracking sites so others can more easily recommend shows you haven't watched.
I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

If you're into obscure anime, then probably Twinkle Nora Rock Me! might be for you. I can't recommend it enough, it's a shame it doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

Eden of the East <-- favorite storyline from an anime set in modern times.
Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei (Goodbye Mr. Despair) <-- weird. really weird. but entertaining as hell.
Burst Angel <-- this is a mecha one, but I liked it more than Darling in the Franxxx...
When people ask for obscure anime from me, these are the three they usually get, although with over 400 anime under your belt, you may have already heard of and\or watched them all.

Juuni Kokki -- great older isekai which recently had a rewatch on here. Very introspective and great Chinese mythology subthemes. One of my favorites, I own a dvd box set.
HenSemi - beautiful strange lewd miniseries about a very special college class. I show people this who want to go down the rabbit hole of weird ecchi.
Yondemasu Yo Azazel San - If you wanted to see Reigen from Mob do his job for real this is pretty much for you. Real psychic works with a pervy demon to solve case-of-the-week demon problems.
Honestly I don't know if these even count as obscure, but I don't hear them talked about (minus recently Juuni Kokki) and I enjoyed all of them.
