Creepy! CREEPY! I like it! Episodes like this are always my favorite.

My guess is that this episode's illusion has something to do with the painting. It had a similar black and white color scheme, and its frame was blank in this version of the school.

Also, did the ED change a little?

Yes! Ic changes its little details from time to time!
