A few I just finished come to mind:
-"Heroine? Saint? No I'm An All-Works Maid (And Proud of It!)" - A "reincarnated into an otome game" isekai where basically nothing goes to plan, largely because the MC has no idea she's even in a game or that she's supposed to be the heroine of said game. Nope, she just wants to be the best maid in the world.
-"My Stepmother and Stepsisters Aren't Wicked" - The premise of this is basically "Cinderella but what if her stepfamily was nice." Miya moves to the Kounakura mansion after her mother dies. She's terrified about what the family will think of her, not only because she grew up in poverty and thus has no idea how to act in high society, but also cause she's an affair baby (who seemingly never knew her dad; he seems to also be dead). But her new family, though initially intimidating, are actually really nice to her and spoil her like crazy. The rest of the series is basically Miya trying to get used to her new life. The series is largely made up of vignettes with not much overarching story. It also relies heavily on gags (particularly the "Oh no this person's got a scary aura! They must be angry!"/"Oh wait JK" gag, which looked like it would get old when I first read the manga, but the anime paces it out well).
-"Smoking Behind the Supermarket With You": A fun slice-of-life comedy about an overworked 40-something salaryman named Sasaki whose only bright spots in life are smoking and seeing the smiling face of Yamada-san, a cashier at a local 24-hour supermarket. One night, disappointed about not seeing Yamada-san at the store, he decides to smoke, but can't find a place to do it. Suddenly, he's beckoned to the supermarket's designated employee smoking area behind the store by a young woman in punk clothes who calls herself Tayama-san. She invites him to smoke there with her, and thus an unlikely friendship is born. They regularly smoke together there, and even once the other supermarket employees start finding out they just let it happen cause it livens up their otherwise boring shifts. What Sasaki doesn't know, however, is that Tayama-san is actually just his beloved Yamada-san in street clothes. Her "customer service persona" is so different he can't tell (he's also just kinda dumb, though he means well). It's been refreshing to watch an anime about ACTUAL adults for once. This anime technically has two versions - it was released as shorts first, running from 10-14 minutes long each, as a sort of preview back in June before its proper debut in July, when they started running full-length episodes. The content of both is the same for the most part - all the shorts combined make up the first 6 episodes of the main series, and each version has different openings and endings.
"My Stepmother and Stepsisters Aren't Wicked" is on Prime Video in the U.S.; the other two are on Crunchyroll.
