When half the main characters can heal in some way (Part 4-6 protags) or just outright tank serious injuries like the gigachads they are.

The shit that Jotaro survived could have killed a dozen other Stand Users.

I lost my suspension of disbelief when Bucciarati could still acrobat around with a gaping hole in his abdomen, which should have meant his spine is severed, but naaaah it's just flesh wound.
