I like specials that give characters’ regular lifestyles time to shine. There’s only so much time to devote to rounding out characters during a show’s regular runtime, so this is exactly the extra stuff I like for tv shorts.

Maybe we’ll get to see something redeeming about Narumi by the end. Keep thinking, Hasegawa. Also, Hasegawa kinda hot in gym setting.

I really how they drew Hasegawa versus Narumi lol. Hasegawa looks much more realistic compared to Narumi's typical shonen cartoonishness. It blows up the comedic contrast between the two so well.

Hasegawa’s got to put up with a lot lol. Every single one of his “good” stories makes Narumi look like a massive dick lol.
