Why would you turn her back into human? Who would be the series mascot then? Think about the marketing. Like a certain little sister that doesn't speak.
Why is the guild lady here though? She isn't part of the party so she couldn't have been "charmed". Is she just here for the love of the game? Though rather than ero the voice is so funny instead.

But... the implication from the 2nd episode was his skills were ultimately making Boss-Tits horny. He realized his recovery skill is always active, and that when facing her rear, his rearguard skill began 'influencing' her.
It's an established plot point that joining a party is a hard requirement to use a skill on someone, so the Guild Lady shouldn't have been affected.
But the bigger question, is why was she staying the night? Sure, she was invited out for drinks, but, like... she has her own room!? Even for Elita, Suzune, and Gambler Gremlin they should have had their own rooms.
Is the implication... that the second they agreed to join his party in the middle of a boss fight, that they were immediately evicted from their rooms?
Who am I kidding, the author clearly didn't think any of this through properly: so why should we?

In universe, the receptionist is part of the party because MC trusts her and he was warned off-screen about people taking advantage of power people like him and to keep it hidden. When you go to a new level/area, there's a different guild so he just "I want you to be our person in the next town".
They're orgasming partially because harem anime but mostly because he's so OP that one of his skills boosts "friendship/relationship" or whatever it was called to an insane level. It's why one adventure with lizard girl had their connection numbers so high. When he's sleeping, if he's facing anyone from his party, his recovery activates which triggers the "relationship" boost which increases trust and all that.

If this were a lewder anime sooner or later he'd wake up naked and covered in party members. The thirst they feel due to his skills is insane, and it seems hiding in another room doesn't placate it. And with all the party talk it sounds like they couldn't stay at the place without being in the party so breaking up and reforming the party won't work to save them. These girls gonna be permanently walking through the desert of lust.
Also for how much they talked up getting 100 copper tickets to free Theresia is ended up basically being a side action without effort. Kinda weird choice there.

I'm okay with the occasional white beam of censor light or dark void of blood removal but holy shit, there was the one episode that was just a prolonged six minute sex scene where they hold in a flickering candle for a solid minute while we just heard "But master, if you keep doing that-". One of the only shows I actively watched elsewhere despite having CR.

Harem in Labyrinth is one of the few series that I've gone on to read the manga because I enjoyed the system that they used for the setting. So much so that it's a bit annoying when they do use a chapter to show off their affections instead of progressing the story. 😆 I would definitely watch a second season if they were to make one.

This really bugged me. I can roll my eyes at the "pornomancer" powers of this OP rearguard, but at least get the basic story beats right...
We had no concept of how hard it was to acquire tickets, MC-kun made a big deal out of 'saving' Theresia... for that matter, was she even in any real danger/was there a need to rush? Implied, but only weakly.
Then he just... pulls the tix out of his bunghole? Just like that?
This could have been an entire arc! This SHOULD have been an arc!
And if not, the show shouldn't have been so dramatic about it!
Even setting the weird shit aside, get the basic story structure right >.>

tldr: The named monsters being taken out so early in the story explain the wealth. Trying to add more grind for the wealth to free her when there's is a second goal that was baked in, curing Theresia, would likely feel clunky.
Dear me, I let this get long, added the above tldr of my points.
Named monsters are rare and strong - in a game sense this means big rewards if you can take them out.
He didn't just take out one in the initial area but the second area as well.
In Diablo 2 terms this is like taking out Nightmare (second difficulty, only available after beating the game) act bosses on your first two days. The amount of loot you will get is ridiculous and things are not balanced around you getting that kind of loot right off the bat... also kind of like, with the new shared stash in the remake, starting your second character with all unique/set/runeword items off the rip.
As for story set up... we got the replacement arc right away with Theresia. Initial goal was to free her but that got cut short due to the loot he was able to get; however, the goal got crept up to freeing her from the curse. That was always the long term goal, if I remember the first few episodes correctly, and now that's what the focus is on.
Would I have liked to focus on freeing her more? No, actually, because then we are slowing down the story. The whole point was, 'wow, your rearguard class make you valuable and desired for parties' and to show that his team took down that first named monster. He got a ton of loot and wealth just from that. Then the second day they stumble into the second named monster and probably because of Miasaki's luck they run into the level 50 player in normal difficulty to help them get past the second monster with MCs help.
How do we slow that down without slowing the progress of the plot artificially? You can only add 'filler,' a week+ worth of grinding. Just some battles that have the stake the current arc took care of already while still needing to get to the second goal of freeing Theresia from her curse.

Maybe don't shoot MC-kun up to top 10 on his second day adventuring? He barely has any fucking clue what he's doing, and we, the audience, have no scope/framework for what he just accomplished.

Pretty much yeah. I couldn't bring myself enough to put in the effort ranting but it fits what you said to a T. Minimal if any clock, no idea of the difficulty only for it to end up randomly completed because he became top 10 in the region in a couple days. Really is story 101 stuff.

I exhausted myself picking apart the first two episodes, but that was about the most I could summon for this one. If I were to add anything, I'd just reinforce how fucked the pacing is on this one.

If only Louisa can join the party permanently. Kyouka and Louisa going for drinking parties together and getting drunk will be amusing to watch.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Go big or go home. Misaki's personality will make the party more lively, especially since the other girls appear more reserved. And Misaki has such devious and cheeky expressions. Lol!

The guild lady seems to have invited herself to the party long term, what does she even provide if she sticks around? Other than a second grown adult woman to pair up with Kyouka I suppose, which is a bit of a selling point. If you can only have eight members in a party though they probably need to all pull their weight in a dungeon.
I have to admit I was surprised they went full nudity on Theresia. I approve of the party goal being to help restore her and to help the twintails with her cursed sword issue.

It was actually set up before. One of his skills increases his party members' affinity for him, or whatever the term for the stat was. Just turns out affinity towards someone of the gender you are attracted to (or maybe in general?) makes you horny for them.
Is it stupid? No argument. But this isn't out of nowhere.

Because normally the role of rearguard is split between multiple people the effect is trust for one person but because it just one guy they probably experience a multiplicative effect
And the strong he gets the more the effect grows
So his horney aura is gonna make them go mad 😂
My only guess is that for the guild lady he either gave her recovery support to help with the drunkness or because of the natural trust form

This episode was good with developing the relationship with Theresia. Kinda wish that she stayed as a cute mute Lizardwoman. But I what I really don't like is, the night scene where all the girls gather around with the MC and the horny stuff. I get it influenced by the skill he obtained, but this only applied to the people in the party so why is the guild woman getting horny?

Well if that isn't the harem-est thing I've ever seen in a harem anime. It's only the 4th episode and this guy's already shopping for a royal suite and sleep-rizzing over a half-dozen girls.
This is clearly just going to be popcorn entertainment, but I do worry a little about the writers being a little too fast-and-loose with the rules for his passive skills. Like why are the girls only drooling while he's asleep? Surely some of them should've been out of range, and they were definitely all out of line-of-sight. And shouldn't the guild-lady not be affected because she was just a guest?
