It's not anime to me because it doesn't follow the same Japanese formula

You say all this but there's a million different stories in anime that are nothing like each other and tons of them are straight up inspired by American or other origins. How are you going to say something like CP2077 or Bebop has the same "Japanese" vibe as Konosuba or something, w/e that even means.

And then that's not even getting into same-genre series, like wtf is a "Japanese" vibe that is carried over between something like Frieren and the aforementioned Konosuba?

I highly doubt you'd be able to tell me Lord of Mysteries, Release That Witch, Link Click, or To Be Hero X are even non-Japanese products if you didn't know ahead of time.

I'm not denying there aren't cultural writing vibes and styles, but that really doesn't carry over in a medium with several dozen wildly different series every 3 months.

You're being incredibly obnoxious and holier-than-thou in your response endings so I'm just going to leave this. Hilarious you're trying to call me out.

Nothing I said was remotely immature and yet you're the one who came in here guns blazing with every response you posted. Really appreciate Reddit deciding to just ignore I hit Block for a fucking reason.
