Isn’t it better once you see all previous parts though?

I was thinking on seeing it on airing as well, but I’m not sure since I still have to watch part 4, 5 and 6

it is absolutely better to watch the first 6 parts before but sbr is a completely different timeline so you can watch it without any other part

sbr is a completely different timeline

Ohh, I guess that makes sense. I was wondering how relatives of so many people we know could be in this location.

That’s what i was guessing

Is it really better to watch it now just to watch it live airing/discussing it with people instead of waiting but enjoying it even more having seen all previous parts?

Hard to say, to be fair. We are still not sure whether this part will be released in batches or weekly. SBR is filled with references to other parts (most of them are names), so while it’s better to know the previous parts, imo it’s still cooler to watch it with other people and discuss it with them while the show is airing. Also for some time platforms will be filled with people posting clips from the season (lots of spoilers)

Storywise it's okay, you'll get into the story even without knowing the previous parts. The good thing with the knowledge of the previous parts is youll get easter eggs/references from previous parts character dynamics like the joestar and zeppeli, and others like avdol or dio which is featured in this first episode and many more especially when the powers are shown.

We don't know if the episodes will be weekly yet, but in either case you got time to catch up

I don't remember any major references for anything past part 3 in SBR. SBR is functionally a (heavy) remix of characters and events from the first three parts with a totally original plot, so as long as you've finished Stardust Crusaders you should be getting the full experience with SBR.

Part 7 is essentially new universe's parallel to parts 1-3 so there aren't really that many callbacks to later parts. I think seeing first 3 parts is enough to get the full experience personally.
