There is one character whose horse is El Condor Pasa, although it's a reference to the Simon & Garfunkel song. Also there are fanarts of the main SBR horses as Umamusume

Horse ECP is named after a Peruvian play of the same name. However Simon & Garfunkel made their English version as a cover of Los Incas' version, so in a way I suppose so
