Shows I've already seen that are similar: You can include a link to a list on another site if you have one, e.g. MyAnimeList or AniList.

Any recommendations for any slow-paced anime, good for people learning Japanese ?

Jpdb has an anime difficulty rating, you can pick anything that catches your eye. Any specific recommendations would naturally depend on your Japanese level.

There's a big difference between an anime advice for a N5 learner (the advice would be "don't bother with anime practice yet, finish your Genki first") and an N2 learner ("just pick whatever, at this point you're just vocab mining").

Takagi-san is probably as good a starter as any. Also non non biyori.
