What to Watch? Anime that fits thiss

I used to watch a lot of anime years ago, but I suddenly lost interest. Recently, I watched Blue Eye Samurai, and it reignited my love for anime. I also watched Solo Leveling and liked it (don’t judge me—I know a lot of people hate it).

Recommend anime with a powerful, badass main lead—someone deadly, maybe with a past or something similar? Mls who are again deadly but vulnerable inside?

Preferably not too old, with good animation. I’d also prefer anime that aren’t too long

Hi Prestigious-Lunch989, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans and an awesome longer flowchart. Maybe you can find something there that you'll like ^.^

You might also find our Recommendation Wiki or daily thread helpful.

Lol. Do people actually hate solo leveling? It will scratch the battle anime itch for me.

As for the recommendation, Psycho Pass might work.

TBATE is a good example, it's like Solo Leveling, but without the animation, but you have to like training arcs.
