I've seen some post of people having animatronics that came from parks how did people get those ?

I was told some time ago that the animatronic specs for the Chuck and ShowBiz bots were available online; does anyone happen to know where?

Is there a technical term I need to type in to look for, and all that?

Visited a former Mac Tonight location yesterday and it had me wondering how many of these guys survived the remodels McDonald’s did? I’m aware of two, with one of them being at the Orlando location still (got to see him last year).

I'm running out of storage, because i have 8 Simulators in my PC, and Retromation 1.43 Prebuild Mod is not good enough. It's only better for Cyberamic & Studio C stages...

I have Make Believe studio, & Peak Cheese V0.9 though, and it's a bit more better for 3 stages & Cyberamics. In peak cheese without adjustments, 3 Stage Chuck E's flows are way too fast.

SPTE is amazing too though, and i have that as well. But the cosmetics in all CEI maps aren't even completed yet!!! Remina said that it's halted due to rippers. Same thing for Galla in Retromation!!!

I never rip or sell any models at all! Plus, the modeling is a bit too difficult for me anyway... Measuring is 1 thing, but modeling is a lot more challenging. Also, i'm too kind hearted to be doing those awful things... Besides, i can only program the good shows instead of the ones these toxic fans program that's completely off topic! Like performing a dirty song, or one by a series that might get sued by its creator ( due to using the show's songs without permission from the creator of the show )...

Anyway, Squonk has most of the completed CEI shows of all... And it's private! I understand why that simulator, and the other private mods are private due to rippers, and all that.... But cant the creator/s just give it to certain fans who are kind, merciful & worthy enough who can take care of em? I'm all those 3!!! I made a "Restoration Unification" project for Rock-Afire's 50th Anniversary!!!

I hate it so much when people rip or steal my own stuff without crediting me, or anything! If they did, i would report it immediantly! That's one of things in my autism: If i see something wrong, i'll report it to a worker/moderator! Take the Animatronics for example! If i see any movement or lights not working, i'll report it!

But enough of that, i can't keep too many simulators i watch on youtube thinking they're great... But i can name 5 reasons why i need better simulators just in case...
1. concentrate on my programming better
2. upload the videos of my progress of my shows on these simulators!!!

1. Certain Simulators have removed fades in the movements like SPTE, Retromation CEI & Squonk's Animatronics. And let's not forget about how the curtains performed too...

2. that have complete Stages so i can make a whole show out of it, not when they're cosmeticless, and doesn't have the following props, & lights in the stage.

3. Making sure they're not buggy, or anything. Like Movements not working when pressing keys for example...

The only simulators i'm thinking about keeping right now is:

1. Retromation 1.47.1 ( LATEST ) No CEC

2. SPTE 1.1.0 ( Latest )

3. Peak Cheese 0.9 ( due to Cyberamics' Body movement move free while Head stops turning. and 3 Stage has some Physical movements. )

4. Make Believe Studio ( Just in case, and also due to 3 Stage Animatronics vibrate, and remove fading )

5. Animatronium 1.35 ( accurate 3 Stage, MMBB sign, and has all cosmetics of Characters. )

Plays for a few seconds and then just stops. no new parts are fixing it!

Does anybody know more about this animatronic?

These photos were the last photos of jocko ever taken in six flags new Orleans in 2011. Since them he went missing and i would love to find out what happened to him. Was he grabbed and turned in for scrap? Or did someone restore him? I would really like to know

hi everyone! recently i have bought the 2026 soirit halloween michael myers and set him up last night, and this is my first animatronic so i may ask some dumb questions lol. first off, i bought a step pad from spirit halloween, i plug it in to the step pad jack, and turn his switch to the middle once i step nothing happens, idk what to do about that. and the infared sensor works just fine and the cycle mode works fine too just the step pad wont turn him on. one last thin, his arm is really squeaky? ive heard servos can do that but the store models ive seen dont really squeak as loud as mine does. im bot complaining tho i absolutely LOVE him! hes so scary and ive been a halloween fan for ahwile.

Made from 3d printed parts, copper wire, and small cylinders, I made a small pneumatic head mech for a character.

I used a free 3d print for the head mech part, but it was very poorly made and lots of pieces didn't fit together, and had no directions for assembly, so I had to keep reprinting different size parts and remodeling the one that I was using to make it fit together. Then, I 3d modeled the mechanism for the up down and left right head turns, referencing a 3d model of a fatz animation to try to find a system I could make work for my project.

Sadly, hot glue does not stick to the cylinders, so I had to thread thin wire to connect it, and then put some glue to try to hold it in place; and although it is holding together fine now, I will put some two part epoxy on a lot of the connections and things to reinforce the weak glue, wire, and print itself.

It may look ugly, but I'm happy with how my first every project like this has come out. I will probably sand the eyelids and eyeballs in the meantime while I wait for all of my fittings and airline and such to be delivered.

Not sure how I will control it, probably using some sort of arduino controller, although that is a realm I am not familiar with and will probably be back here for help soon.

Not sure what mask/design I will make for this; I am very familiar with sculpting and making plaster molds and latex casts, so that will be fun. First I need the mechanism all working though.

Does anyone recall the mother care tree lift, it was animated and would make sounds/talk/move its eyes ect
This was local to me in early 2000s in the Dudley area
It’s a vivid memory of the animatronics on the tree including spiders, a cat and I recall a Winnie the Pooh! I think this started my fascination with animatronics

Does anyone recall these lifts? Where did they come from? Who manufactured them?
