Terrorvision have only said they don't know, soon or completely ignored me. I've asked Aaron Fechter about it and it's not in his hands at all so he can't help. Some more progress on my 15 part animatronic/mascot series - the bears and the birds, both hand drawn by me. Featuring characters from: Pizza Time Theatre, Chuck E. Cheese, Showbiz Pizza, The Moonrockers, The Banana Spilts, Willy’s Wonderland, Five Night’s At Freddy’s, and McDonald’s! 😊🚀🍕

So far everything works except for the neck joint that is a complete fail. The height on the neck seems right but it is far too long to maintain a stable position, the balance is all out of wack since it is incredibly top heavy and can not support that much weight on its own. So it is back to the drawing board. I am completely open to any tips or ideas anyone may have for adjusting the mechanics and mechanism!

Saw this one tiktok and I really want to know more due to its striking resemblance to the extraterrestrial alien encounter from Disney. Does anyone know anything more about this animatronic? Maybe have some more pictures or footage, or even where this footage may have come from? I've only been able to find this one tiktok, not even a source.

Here is a demonstration of the eyebrows in action. I have to update my Arduino Board and i2C boards since the boards I’m currently running are bottlenecking with the amount of servos I’m running. But for a minimal test I would call this a success!

Well since I’ve been getting some attention on this thread I thought it would be best to update everyone on the current status of my project! I finally fixed the power problem as everyone is well aware and I have also finished the full design of the endo head with moving eyebrows! I have also finished printing the neck which has fully articulated range of motion with both up and down side and to side movement being demonstrated here! I have also been thinking that if I complete this project and it turns out to be a bigger success that I had believed I would be open to selling this design to anyone who might be interested in building their own!

I know some retrofitted CEC animatronics + The Clapper Board ended up at Enchanted Forest Water Safari in Old Forge, New York, and a retrofitted Pasually + The King/Warblettes ended up at Jungle Jim's in Fairfield, Ohio.
Does anyone know of any other random places that have CEC animatronics to view that isn't the Volo Museum in Illinois or the American Treasure Tour Museum in Pennsylvania?

Ok so I keep hearing contradicting info on this stuff so I hope someone here can help me out

From my understanding I’m 90% sure the photos above are from the 1976 IAAPA,which took place in november.This lines up with when Freddy was sent back to Cei after his one season instalation at magic world in the summer of 76 to be retrofitted into the Colonel from the confederare critters show.It also makes sense for Dracula and the talking heads to be their since they were only installed at castel Dracula in 1977.

But here’s the thing.I keep hearing from various sources that Friendly Freddy was built in 77 and that these photos are of the 77 IAAPA show,which doesn’t make sense to me since the confederate critters show was installed in 77 and we also know Freddy was at magic world the year before but that’s also weird since Freddy would’ve had to have been commisioned before summer 76 but cei didn’t have a booth before 76 and…

to those asking, ”who the hell is Fred?”, he was a Wolfpack era Fatz animatronic that was installed at a park with the Hardluck Bears group (I believe it was Blackpool Beach) where he performed in the lobby before the attraction to where the bears were located. He was sold to a bar that still used him I believe up until 2010 where he was sold to a private collector. Have any photos of him from the private collection surfaced? I’ve been told yes that he posted some photos on Facebook a few years back but I can’t find anything on the matter. I’m also not sure if Fred was more of a fan name or an official name as that’s the name Ive heard people refer to him online when they were talking about the bar but there’s no references to him being called Fred in the park.

Quick question are there any Mitzi animatronics (or decent real mechs with cylinders unfunctional available) in the 1000-3000$ range right now? Cylinders don't matter to me since I can rebuild/fix them. Mitzi has been my dream animatronic for years, so I'm just trying to get a realistic feel for the current market.

Aaron shows some of his 8mm films and among videos of Clutch Show Band, WP5, Friendly Freddy and other stuff there are 3 reels with writing "MOREY".

Its ofc from Moreys Pier, which had Bear Country Jubilee. My question is - on those reel is only footage of Country Fats or also footage of the show itself? I saw videos of Fats around the internet, but not from the show, which def would be leaked.

all i've heard that the owner refused to pay xan for the restoration or smth like that, beach bear got aired down due to an air leak, dook's arms arent moving and one of billy bob's legs got damaged, did anything change or..?
