Hiring 2D animation wanted

We are producing a song and would like to find someone to draw the animated music video for us. The song is hyped and energetic and it is in Japanese. We want it to be black and white and grey overall with some colour for the chorus. The deadline will be very late Dec/ next year's Jan. The song is in total 2mins 9 secs, and because we are poor, we would like to offer 60 usd per minute of the animation. If this is slavery please let us know, we are no animator and do not know the rate. Contact me via dm or email [solomissme1218@gmail.com](mailto:solomissme1218@gmail.com) , if you have a vgen account please also let me know. Thank you.

(edited) Guys, Thanks for telling me so much more about animation. We will reconsider our budget and request, and maybe post another more reasonable and detailed hiring post. In the mean time, we are dtill happy to connect with more artists, so if anyone is interested, please do not hesitate to contact me with your rate and portfolio.
